Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed to you at any time in the shopping cart, taking into account the destination country, the shipment weight and the composition of the shipment. The actual shipping costs due are calculated at the moment of dispatch. The calculated shipping costs should be understood as the worst-case scenario. We always try to ship consignments as cost-effectively as possible, e.g. by combining orders.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees for Shipments Outside the EU

Delivery Times

All products marked as available are ready for immediate dispatch and are usually delivered within Germany after 1–2 days, at the latest after 4 days. Within the EU, parcels are delivered after 2 to 4 days, at the latest after 8 days. Outside the EU, longer delivery times may occur. As a rule, parcels are delivered after 5 to 10 days, at the latest after 25 days.

Service Provider and Shipment Tracking

We send consignments under 30 g by letter post. For all shipments above this weight limit we use DHL exclusively. You will automatically receive an e-mail with a link for shipment tracking as soon as your parcel has been handed over to DHL.

Payment Methods

Regardless of the chosen payment method, the purchase price of pre-ordered items only becomes due for payment once the item is actually available. This means we will only charge your credit card or debit your account at the moment the item is actually shipped. In the case of payment in advance, you will receive the payment details at that moment, together with the request to now carry out the transfer.

For shipments to Germany, we accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card

In the case of payment by credit card, you authorise us to debit the total amount due from your VISA card or MasterCard. We will carry out this debit once the items are available and hand your goods over for dispatch immediately afterwards without undue delay. On your credit card statement you will see the entry Minichamps GmbH & Co. KG and the order item number.

Direct Debit (SEPA)

In the case of payment by direct debit, you authorise us to debit the total amount due from your account. We will carry out this debit once the items are available and hand your goods over for dispatch immediately afterwards without undue delay. On your bank statement you will see the entry Minichamps GmbH & Co. KG and the order item number.

Payment in Advance

In the case of payment in advance, you will receive an e-mail with all the required payment details (payee and reference) after your order and once the ordered items are available. You then make the payment by bank transfer. As soon as your payment has been received by us, your goods will be dispatched without undue delay.
