Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are always displayed in the shopping cart, taking into account the destination country, shipment weight and shipment composition. Actual shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipping. The calculated shipping costs are to be understood as the worst possible case. We always try to send shipments by merging, etc. as cheaply as possible

Delivery times
All products marked as available are ready for immediate dispatch and are usually delivered within Germany after 1-2 days, but at the latest after 4 days. Within the EU, the parcels are delivered after 2 to 4 days, but no later than 8 days. Outside the EU there may be longer delivery times. As a rule, the packages are delivered after 5 to 10 days, but at the latest after 25 days.
Shipping Providers and Tracking
Shipments under 30gr. we send by post. We only use DHL for all shipments above this weight limit. You will automatically receive an email with a link to track your shipment as soon as your package has been handed over to DHL.
Methods of Payment
Regardless of the selected payment method, the purchase price of pre-ordered items is only due for payment when the item is actually available. This means that we will only debit your credit card or your account at the moment when the item is actually dispatched. In the case of prepayment, you will receive the payment details at this moment, combined with the request to carry out the transfer now.

In the case of a payment by direct debit, you authorize us to collect the total amount due from your account. We collect this when the items are available and then immediately hand over your goods to dispatch. On your bank statement you will see the entry Minichamps GmbH & Co. KG and the item number of the order. |

In the case of prepayment, you will receive an email with all the necessary payment details (recipient and intended use) after your order and if the ordered items are available. You then make the payment by bank transfer. As soon as we have received your payment, your goods will be sent immediately. |
